This Privacy Policy explains how GCCInvoice handles information when you use our website and tools.

Documents you create

If you use GCCInvoice as a guest (without an account), the invoice or quotation you create is generated from the details you enter and is not permanently stored on our servers. Uploaded logos are stored only to render your document. If you choose to send a document by WhatsApp from a computer, a copy is stored so the link in your message can open the PDF; that private link expires after 60 days.

Accounts

If you create an account, we store your name, email address and the business formats and documents you choose to save, so you can reuse them. You can delete these at any time from your dashboard.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies for essential functionality such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, and advertising (such as Google AdSense) to keep the tool free. These services may set their own cookies.

Advertising

Ads are shown only on content pages and never inside your generated PDF, print output or invoice preview.
